Payment Terms

euorpropertyonline have a refundable reservation fee policy which enables you to hold an apartment for up to 30 days without actually committing to the purchase. This enables you to view the development and do further due diligence prior to signing your contract and paying your first instalment. The reservation fee is only refundable if the client views the property for sale within the 30 day period. Only 10% of your reservation fee is retained by europropertyonline as an administration charge. We will accept verbal reservations which are valid for 72 hours. The refundable reservation fee is €3,000 and should accompany a signed reservation form which is available upon request. This reservation fee is deducted from your first instalment. After 30 days of receipt of your reservation form and cheque, the reservation fee becomes non-refundable.

Option 1: Full price

50% 4 months after signing date

10% on completion of construction.

Option 2: £500 discount

90% upon signing of contract

Property Management

The complex management will be provided by a specialized property management company, organized as a filial structure of the investor. This will guarantee the future owners that the original high standard will be maintained. The Company will provide complete maintenance of City of Fountains and will ensure the continued order, quietness and security while taking care of the gardens and common areas as well as providing a letting service for those buyers who intend to lease their property to tenants.

About the Immediate Vicinity

The surrounding area has one of the most convenient infrastructures of the city in terms of transport and amenities. The Sofia Business Park station of the new metro line opening in 2010 will be a few minutes’ walk away adding to the already existing convenience of the area.
