The first skyscrapper in Bulgaria is to be built in the south eastern area of the coastal city of Burgas.The project will be 90 meters high consisting of 30 floors and two underground levels due for completion in 2012.

Bulgaria is set to see the biggest growth in overseas property investors according the lastest survey by NatWest International League of Buying Abroad.They found 75% of mortgage brokers expect to see an increase in the number of people looking to buy in Bulgaria.

Bulgaria is to receive 215 million euros for tourism development under the Regional Development  programme of the EU. The first projects in the framework of the programme will be approved within a month, part of the financing will be used on infrastructure developments.
